If you entered the wrong address, please email us as soon as possible at info@kimch.co.
We can potentially update the address before your order ships, ensuring smooth delivery.
Unfortunately, once your order has been shipped and tracking information is provided, address changes are not possible.
*PLEASE NOTE: All closing sale items are final sale. No refunds or exchanges will be accepted.
We offer returns for all orders within 14 days of delivery and 30days for international orders. Please email us at info@kimch.co if you wish to exchange, return or refund.
Unfortunately we do not accept refunds or exchanges on earrings for hygiene reasons.
We offer Store credits & exchanges for the value of your purchase (excludes shipping costs). Unfortunately we do not offer cash returns or refunds.
All sales are final on discounted items and during promotional periods.

*Please note that if you've ordered a pre-order item as well as a stocked item in your order, it will be posted together once the pre-order items have arrived. Please make a separate order if you want your order to be shipped separately.
We usually dispatch your orders 1-3 business days after your order is placed. Please note that we do not ship orders during the weekends.
All items are delivered by Australia Post. You will be able to track your parcel once your order has been dispatched.

Customers are fully responsible for the acceptance of items/orders based on the delivery options they have selected. Any re-delivery of parcels will need to be arranged and paid for by the customer. If store credit is issued instead, the shipping costs will not be refunded if shipping is paid and the shipping costs will be deducted from total order amount if the order is given a free shipping.
Please note that payable import taxes and duties are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs to inquire if any duties or taxes may apply.

While plated jewellery may not have the same color retention as solid gold or sterling silver, it still offers a beautiful and stylish option.
