We appreciate your patience! Since all our items are handmade to order, please allow 2-3 business days for us to process your order. During sales or promotional periods, this processing time may be longer.

If you have an urgent order, please reach out to us and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

Please note that we do not ship our orders during the weekends. All items are delivered by Sendle, Australia Post, EasyShip or EasyParcel. You will be able to track your parcel once your order has been dispatched.

CUSTOM AND ACCEPTANCE OF DELIVERY

 

Customers are fully responsible for the acceptance of items/orders based on the delivery options they have selected. Any re-delivery of parcels will need to be arranged and paid for by the customer. If store credit is issued instead, the shipping costs will not be refunded if shipping is paid and the shipping costs will be deducted from total order amount if the order is given a free shipping.
